My bluetooth chipset information is Broadcom USB 20702A3. Or Is there a way to download the bluetooth drivers alone from apple site. Or can I create the "$WinPEDriver$" folder manually, just as BootCamp Assitant creates it. I live in a place where bandwidth is very low, so downloading another 2 GB of drivers will take 3 more days, and may also get interrupted frequently.
Is there a way were I can download the "$WinPEDriver$" folder alone from Apple site.
I tried to install the Bluetooth driver alone manually, that also didn't help. I have been looking at these Drivers not tried them yet. Ive download the Latest Bootcamp version 6 but it doesn't seem to have the drivers for BRCM207002 thats what I'm running into on my Desktop anyway. With this the driver installation does proceed, but everything except the Broadcom_Bluetooth_Driver are getting installed. Theres two Devices but from looking at a Genuine Mac in Windows 10 Bluetooth USB controller should be BRCM207002 Hub. So I created a empty folder named "$WinPEDriver$". When I try to manually start the setup.exe in BootCamp folder, it quits saying "$WinPEDriver$" folder is missing. Without "$WinPEDriver$" folder, Windows10 get installed without the drivers. Now I wish to reinstall it, but when I took a backup of the bootcamp drivers, I only backed up the "BootCamp" folder, I forgot to backup the "$WinPEDriver$" folder. And of course, you’ll need a copy of Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 to upgrade to Windows 10 at no cost, or an authentic copy of Windows 10 if you plan on performing a clean install of Window 10 on your. Go to Device Manager (right click on My Computer, choose Manage and then find Device Manager in the left panel), or right click on Start Menu for Windows 10 and select Device Manager. Boot Camp 6 will download any necessary Windows 10 drivers upon upgrading to Windows 10 or installing a fresh copy of the operating system from scratch.
Then due to space issues I deleted the Windows partition, thinking I can always reinstall it, if needed. In order to manually update your driver, follow the steps below (the next steps): 1. I was able to use it to install Windows10 and use it. I also downloaded the bootcamp drivers, and a folder named "BootCamp" and "$WinPEDriver$" were created in my Windows10 bootable usb. I have an macbook air 2012, I recently installed Windows 10 in it using bootcamp.
